Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Deadline for Cancellation:

    • Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any charges.

  • Room Type Specific Policies:

    • Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the room type booked. Guests should refer to the specific fare policy associated with their reservation.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund Timeline:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation.

  • Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the booking.

3. Modification Policy

  • Booking Changes:

    • Guests may modify their bookings subject to availability.

    • Any changes may be subject to the revised booking policy and additional charges as applicable.

  • Number of Modifications:

    • The number of allowable modifications per booking is at the discretion of Amar Kothi Hotel.

4. Additional Information

  • Waivers:

    • Cancellation or modification charges may be waived at the hotel’s discretion based on the circumstances.

  • No-Show Policy:

    • If a guest fails to check-in without prior cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booking.
